  • 30/45 Minutes Express Treatment

    Express Massage Treatment is for clients who are in a rush, those who are on lunch break, jump start their day off right/ clients wants to get away briefly.

    3o Minutes Express Treatments you can only choose upper body or lower body treatments.

    Upper body treatment consist of neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.

    Lower body treatment consist of lower back, gluteal/hips legs, and feet.

    45 Minute Express Treatments consist of a

    Full body Massage

    Anterior (front) side of the body: neck, shoulders, hands, feet, and legs.

    Posterior (back) side of the body: neck, shoulders, back, lower back, gluteal/hips, legs and feet.

  • Relaxation Therapy

    Is a massage therapy treatment focuses on providing general relaxation, relieving muscle tension and improving blood circulation. It’s primary goal is to assist the client in escaping demands of their mundane task and taking quality time to recover from the stresses of everyday life.

  • Swedish Therapy

    Swedish massage is great for first time clients. Is the most popular massage method, included the combined use of joint mobilization and stretches to help clients restore and maintain health and pain-free movement. Benefits of Swedish massage alleviate stress, reduce functional limitations, decrease painful conditions, and enhanced health and well-being. Swedish massage consist of basic techniques effleurage, petrissage, friction, compression, tapotement, and vibration.

  • Deep Tissue Therapy

    A type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. It is used for chronic aches and pain contracted areas. Benefits of deep tissue, trigger point and medical massage chronic and acute pain, lower back pain, limited mobility, recovery from, injuries, repetitive strain injury, postural problems, muscle tension, osteoarthritis pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, tennis elbow, fibromyalgia, muscle tension or spasm and after workout or bodybuilding.

  • Neuromuscular Therapy.

    Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) are palpable trigger points nodules or thickened areas found in taut bands within muscles. Trigger points are locally tender and may cause pain, paresthesia or other autonomic responses, when activated or produced by applied pressure or by non-massage.

  • Percussion Sport Therapy

    Is the use of the massage gun and massage techniques that addresses the needs of athletes and those who workouts. Sports massage is classified into 3 category prevent, interevent, and post event. Benefits of sports massage increase blood flow, increase joint ROM, increase elimination of excessive waste products (lactic acid), increase well-being, decrease neurological excitability (nerves more relaxed), decrease recovery time between workouts, and decrease muscle spasms.

  • Aromatherapy

    Is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes it’s called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medically to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health. Aromatherapy is good for relaxation, calming, tranquility, breathe easy, harmony, anxiety, detoxification and etc.…

  • Hot Stones Therapy

    Hot Stones helps clients to feel more relax. Hot Stones ease muscle tension and pain. It helps increase blood flow to the affected area. Reduce muscle spasm. Hot stones are place on the spine, palm of hands, feet, chest and even face. Hot stones help relieve painful conditions such as fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune disease condition that causes widespread of chronic pain. Hot stones helps loosen tight muscles around the joints for more flexibility. The therapist will use basalt stones that are smooth and hold heat well. Therapist will the stones in a stone heating unit temperature 110 to 130F. This is a ideal temperature range to warm your muscles with out burning your skin.

  • Tiger Balm Treatment

    Is a menthol treatment which help to alleviate pain or soreness. Their will be hot towels applied to the treatment. The ointments consist of extra strength for light to moderate pain or ultra extra strength for moderate to severe pain.

  • Percussion Treatment

    A percussion gun will help relief sore muscles and reduce pain. Clients are use the percussion gun for 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The 10 minutes of the percussion treatment 3 areas of the body. Back side of the body: (1). Neck, shoulders and back. (2). Lower back, gluteal and legs. Front side of the body: (1) Neck, shoulders and chest. (2). Arms and hands, legs and feet.

    30 minutes percussion treatment 6 areas of the body. (1) Neck, shoulders, back, lower back, gluteal and hips, and legs. (2). Neck shoulders, chest, arms and hands legs and feet.

  • Back, Hand or Foot Scrub Treatment

    The hands and foot scrub treatment helps to soften the hands and feet, allow moisture to penetrate deeper into the skin. The scrub treatment is good for exfoliating dead skin, lightening and brightening your skin and fights against dark spots and sun spots. In this treatment, reflexology is part of this treatment.

    Reflexology is gentle manipulation or pressing on certain parts of the foot to produce an effect elsewhere in the body. Its helps reduce stress, anxiety, reduce pain, lift mood and general well being. The sugar scrub helps the feet and hands to relax.

Medical Therapeutic Treatments

Medical Therapeutic Treatment is for licensed Massage Therapist who treats health conditions diagnosed by a doctor/surgeon. Medical Therapeutic Treatments help reduce, swelling, pain, and stress. This type of treatment helps clients with sciatic, fibromyalgia, nerve entrapment within the muscle, pinched nerve, pregnancy and much more. Also, with Medical Therapeutic Massage helps clients who had post-op surgery such as, liposuction, tummy tuck, lipo 360, BBL and any other cosmetic surgery. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps with post-op surgery and lymphedema.

  • Clinical Massage Therapy

    Is a comprehensive method of soft tissue mobilization consisting or connective tissue massage, muscular mobilization, trigger point therapy, skin mobilization and other components. Clinical therapy helps treat piriformis syndrome, sciatica, tennis elbow, thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), whiplash, acute and chronic injuries and etc… Heat and ice compression will be use in this treatment.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

    Lymphatic drainage is a manual technique used to stimulate the flow of lymph (a clear fluid that circulates through the body via the lymphatic system) to relieve swelling and improve health.     Is the modification of basic massage techniques and body positions to meet the needs of women as they undergo changes during pregnancy. Prenatal clients must be in there second trimester to receive a massage. Benefits for prenatal reduce stress, decrease edema, relieve aches and pains, reduce anxiety and depression, relief of fatigue and strain, improvement of the flow of blood and lymph, increase of oxygen flow to the blood, and improve sleep and raise levels of hormones such as endorphins.
